GBC又下手了

还记得我在10/10号发布的帖子 【第133周】又发现了一个GBC的ID! GBC准备大干一场!么?我提到了一个新的GBC ID:armandguttiere-0,并且跟大家说了GBC开始买一种叫Grid-It的收纳包产品:

果然,昨天GBC下手了,我的系统扫描到了GBC最新的卷宗,我昨天看的时候还没有受害者名单,早上一来就出来了:

又一个GBC ID

刚刚有一个卖家朋友上报了一个新的GBC ID:aribabi2466,这个人2016/11月份刚刚注册,买了很多Sandisk等产品,大家注意。

非常紧急!今天我的系统抓到了GBC马上要冻结一批账号,目前他们正在请求法院冻结的过程中,维权的品牌是两个公司的手机壳:

  • Treefrog的LIFEPROOF手机壳

从此以后,大家上手机壳一定要小心了,GBC的魔掌已经伸向了手机壳,考虑到手机壳的款式之多,非常容易侵权,防不胜防,大家一定要注意。

【第139周】从某物流公司说起

最近物流有点闹心,想必大家都知道了,一则是上海这边的e邮宝、邮政小包严重延误,二则我用的另外一个物流出了问题。

10月假期回来后,我们用那个物流公司的渠道发了几百单平邮包裹去德国,大部分是亚马逊订单,到现在都40多天了,大部分包裹客人没收到!

其中有一个包裹的跟踪是这样的:

当我们在那个物流公司的网站查询单号的时候,跟踪是很漂亮的,但是问题来了,几百单都出问题了(至少是延误了),问题会出在哪了?

一种可能性是卖家这边系统出问题了:标签地址打错了,考虑到先前已经走了很长时间了,这个问题不会有。

另外一种可能是德国邮政那边出问题,几百单都派送错了,但是这个可能性也没有。

所以只有一种可能,该物流公司送包裹到国外邮政的路上出问题了,但是跟踪很漂亮啊,已经交给了国外的邮局?

出现了这么大面积的延误,还是客人和卖家先发现问题,然后联系了物流,物流姗姗来迟给了一个解释,中途的一个仓库搬家了,物流送错了,这几天会解决。

结果又过了快10天了,还是没有解决。

另外又证实了一个问题,这个物流跟踪是造假的!

真是被这个物流公司坑苦了,平时他们的欧洲小包是很好的,但是秉着 要么不出事,要么出大事的原则,每年都会给你一个surprise!

去年在德国海关包裹被扣了一个多月,差点让ebay账号都挂了,今年他又准备让你的亚马逊账号挂。

其实我没向物流公司表达过愤怒,毕竟小的物流公司都这样,而且他们也不会稀罕你这个小小的卖家,他们的生意好着呢!从卖家自身的角度,规避风险本身就是卖家做生意的一个部分,这不,欧洲还是老老实实用稳定的德邮吧。

只是,我还是很不齿各种欺骗和推卸责任的。

亚马逊备案问题

亚马逊提交备案后,如果有问题,一般会回复你告诉你原因,但是昨天有2个朋友反映收到了类似下面的信:开始看到这封信,心里有点慌,怎么这么多问题了?

后来发现网上有人也收到了类似的信,想了想,把问题想清楚了!

1)亚马逊品牌备案审核都是中国人审核的,不同时期有不同的工作人员审核,风格不同。

2)备案失败会有很多种原因,按理说如果一个备案失败了你要告诉卖家原因,但是有些亚马逊的工作人员图省事,直接copy/paste了所有的原因,直接把一个模板发过来了。

3)遇到这种情况不要慌,过几天再提交审核试试,反正提交审核的次数多了没关系。

Reason 4 – Relation to brand

We could not identify a common link betweenyour Amazon selling account and the brand for which you are applying. This verification is required for application approval.

Reason 5 – Authorisation letter

We have found some discrepancies with theauthorisation letter you uploaded. The authorisation letter must be thetemplate or it must follow the format of the template provided in theapplication form and be signed by the brand owner.
