前几个我写了一个帖子，说TM的商标也可以申请亚马逊品牌备案，最近开始有卖家申请，给我的反馈是不行！以下是亚马逊的回复：

Trademark is not in registered status
The status of your Trademark is currently not registered with the agency as listed in your application. If your Trademark is in pending status, re-apply once your Trademark is registered on the Principal Register

抱歉各位，误导大家了，虽然备案申请入口可以填写受理号（Serial Number），但是目前审核的时候必须要求是注册成功的，至于后面政策会不会调整，不得而知。
